HIDDEN CURRENTS — SHIPPING & PREORDER POLICY
PREORDER PRODUCTS
Please note that products marked PREORDER are not available for immediate dispatch.
When you place a preorder, your order is reserved from the available preorder allocation and payment is taken at checkout.
Production and fulfilment take place before your order is dispatched. Any estimated production or dispatch timeframe shown on the product page is an estimate and may be affected by manufacturing, freight or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is a material delay affecting your preorder, Hidden Currents will endeavour to provide customers with an update as soon as reasonably practicable.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Standard shipping within Australia is currently charged at $11 AUD per eligible order.
Shipping charges are displayed and confirmed at checkout before payment is completed.
DELIVERY TIME
Any delivery estimate displayed at checkout applies after your preorder has been produced, received, prepared and dispatched by Hidden Currents.
Delivery time is separate from the preorder production period.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available after their order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact Hidden Currents as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
DELAYS
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times can be affected by the shipping carrier and circumstances outside the reasonable control of Hidden Currents.
Where we become aware of a significant issue affecting your preorder before dispatch, we will endeavour to communicate relevant updates.
LOST, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
